Amy told me she used to buy flowers from my old shop, and always knew that when she got married she would give me a call to assist with her wedding flowers. I was so pleased to hear from Amy when she began planning her wedding.
Amy and Dave held their wedding at Knowle Country House, on a beautiful sunny winter’s day a few weeks before Christmas. I provided flowers for the registrar’s table and ceremony room along with bouquets for Amy and her bridesmaids and boutonnieres for Dave and his Groomsmen. Amy opted for a classical hand tied teardrop bouquet.
Amy and Dave were happy for me to have some artistic licence when it came to putting together some ideas for the floral styling. I suggested adding some texture by using this gorgeous wintery brunia and the succulents gave the classic bouquet a contemporary edge. We used a mix of blush and earthy toned roses in the form of “Quicksand”, “Cappuccino” and “Earl Grey” softened by the nestled gypsophila and eucalyptus. Totally matched my new branding perfectly 😉
